LIFE Waste2Coag attended the META 14th Spanish Water Treatment Conference in Sevilla from 1-3 June 2022. Dr. Núria Oliver presented a poster entitled “Producción de coagulantes para EDAR a partir de la valorización de salmueras y residuos metálicos” (Production of coagulants for WWTP from the recovery of brine and metal wastes) which is available to download from the resources section of the website. The main topics of the conference were: emerging contaminants, advanced oxidation and catalysis processes, physical-chemical treatments, membrane treatments, biological treatments, sludge treatment, odour treatment, water-energy nexus, drinking water and water reuse. 200 people attended the conference.
